GlobalLogic
Co-founder and Head of Engineering · 2000–2009 · originally Induslogic
During my time
GlobalLogic began as Induslogic, founded by four IIT alumni. Economic Times describes Rajul Garg and me as IIT Delhi friends already running a startup before we started the company with Manoj Agarwala and Sanjay Singh.
I built the early engineering organization as the company grew into a global product-development business.
After my tenure
The company was sold to Apax Partners in 2013 (reported at roughly ₹2,578 crore, over $400M) and acquired by Hitachi in 2021. Both outcomes came well after my operating tenure ended in 2009.
