What I'm focused on now.

A snapshot of where my attention is. The focus changes; the underlying themes stay consistent.

I am currently focused on:

• turning Routespring into an operating platform for airline crew travel;
• reducing manual work in booking, disruption handling and reconciliation;
• building Uprobotics as a hands-on technical learning environment;
• mentoring robotics and computer-vision projects;
• experimenting with agent infrastructure, MCP and permissioned workflows;
• improving the reliability of the systems I use at home and at work.

Longer-horizon projects

The persistent threads underneath the quarter-to-quarter focus — each one runs for years.

• building an AI-native operating system for airline crew travel;
• developing Uprobotics into a serious technical-learning environment;
• mentoring student computer-vision and robotics research;
• designing a reliable multi-vendor home security and automation system;
• exploring identity-aware agent infrastructure, MCP, permissions and approvals;
• building a disciplined personal knowledge and operating system across AI tools.
