Routespring
Travel software for messy days.
I run Routespring, a travel software company for corporate and airline crew travel.
What the product handles
Routespring covers booking, hotel coordination, crew rebooking, disruption recovery, payments, settlement, and reconciliation.
A difficult case rarely arrives as a clean request. It comes through a phone call, a changing schedule, a supplier response, or a system that has not caught up yet.
Where AI fits
I am testing voice and LLM agents for hotel calls, crew rebooking, and reconciliation. The question is whether an agent can finish useful work safely, not whether it can produce an impressive demo.
I am writing a paper about how to verify an agent's work when the answer depends on an external system.
Current status: one airline under contract. Two more are in active sales.
Earlier work
Before Routespring, I helped build Pine Labs, GlobalLogic, hCentive, and Gallop.ai. The company history has the details.
