I was there at the start of each of these. In several cases the largest outcomes — acquisitions, mergers, a public listing — came years or decades after I had moved on. The dates below make that distinction explicit, and each entry links to independent sources.

• Pine Labs

  Co-founder and CTO · 1998–2000

  Card-based payment technology for Indian retailers.

• GlobalLogic

  Co-founder and Head of Engineering · 2000–2009

  Founded by four IIT alumni; grew into a global product-engineering company.

• hCentive

  Co-founder and CTO · 2009–2020

  Healthcare eligibility, enrollment and exchange technology for the ACA marketplaces.

• Gallop.ai

  CEO · until 2019

  Travel technology; merged with Japanese travel major Amnet in 2019.
